Habitat for Humanity Fayette & Franklin Counties

Driven by the vision that everyone deserves a decent place to live, Habitat for Humanity of Fayette & Franklin Counties has built and repaired more than 600 homes over the last 40 years. Habitat homebuyers help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage, and low income homeowners have the opportunity to repair and preserve their homes. We rely on community support to make this impact possible. Will you help us make affordable homeownership a reality for more families and individuals in Kentucky?

When you donate, you are extending a hand to a family that needs it today. You are giving a family the opportunity to transform their lives with the financial stability that comes with homeownership. You are creating homes where children have a chance to succeed. It is a gift with an impact that will be felt for generations to come.  Your donation makes a difference. Thank you.

Who We Are

We believe EVERYONE deserves a decent place to live. A safe place where a child can study or be with friends. A stable place where families can thrive and achieve their dreams for years to come. A home to call their own.

Fayette and Franklin Counties face significant housing supply gaps, creating affordability issues for renters and homeowners alike. As costs continue to rise, Habitat for Humanity of Fayette & Franklin Counties relies on our community to bridge that gap and support us as we serve more Kentuckians with a pathway to affordable homeownership.
