Tom's Got Too Many Problems

Tom was surrendered to a crowded rural shelter when his owner couldn't keep him. He's battled with major congestion ever since. Since medication hasn't worked, Tom needs to be checked for a nasopharyngeal polyps. These are non-cancerous, inflammatory growths that require surgical removal. On top of that, Tom also has a hernia that needs to be repaired while he is under for surgery. This guy can't catch a break, but let's help him finally get some relief.
