Pippi is a 3-year-old hound mix who, along with two other dogs, was surrendered to one of our partner shelters by owners who had previously been barred from having animals. We can only imagine what Pippi might have endured, and we are grateful that she ended up in a safer spot.
But Pippi then gave birth to six puppies, and a shelter is no place for a nursing mom and her vulnerable puppies. We are rushing to get them out as soon as possible so we can ensure a restful and germ-free place for Pippi to recover and take care of her tiny puppies.
This girl has already been through too much, and her health and that of her pups are at risk if she is left at the shelter. We need your help to get her out and give Pippi and her little family a better life!
