New Beginnings of Winchester

New Beginnings was established in 1989 as a 501(c) 3 non-profit to help women and families in Clark and surrounding counties. For 37 years we have assisted women and men who are pregnant or parenting a child from birth until their 4th birthday. We help provide practical resources, as well as compassionate, judgment free care to women and their families facing challenging circumstances.  With locations in Winchester and Mt. Sterling, we offer FREE: Pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, peer counseling, baby & maternity clothing, formula, diapers, shoes, bottles, toiletries and other needed items, and Parenting Classes to help parents earn a brand new, FREE crib, car seat, stroller, swing, pack n play or other large item.  Our Tuesday Morning Bible Study provides quality nursery care, followed by a community lunch program that is open to anyone who would like a free meal. We also partner with our local hospitals in Winchester and Mt. Sterling to provide car seats to parents who can't afford one to take their infant home from the hospital.  Our goal is to help support and strengthen families.
