Reflections Dance Inc

Somewhere in Winchester, there's a girl who took her first ballet class in a studio that doesn't exist anymore. She's 35 now. Her daughter takes class with us today.

That's 36 years of Reflections Dance, known over the years as Ballet Winchester, Winchester Ballet, and Winchester Christian Ballet, before we became who we are today. Over three and a half decades of recitals, callused feet, nervous first performances, and proud parents in folding chairs. Different names, same heart. We've been woven into this community for so long that "going to dance" has meant us for entire generations of families.

We've had hard years. But we kept going, and came out of it stronger and busier than ever.

In fact, we grew right out of our own building. We spent months searching Clark County for a new home, but nothing fit. The space, the budget, none of it lined up. So we made a choice we never expected to make: we packed up and moved next door, to Richmond in Madison County. It's not where we started, but it's where we're planting roots now, and we're bringing everything that makes us who we are along with it: our instructors, our values, and every family willing to make the drive.

Because here's what hasn't changed. We still believe every kid, and every adult, deserves the chance to dance well, regardless of their zip code or their family's income. We still believe small towns deserve the same quality training as big cities. And we still believe what happens in our studio is bigger than dance.

Kids who walk in shy walk out standing taller. Friendships form over shared struggle and shared curtain calls. Confidence gets built one class at a time, in a room that's felt like home to thousands of dancers for over 35 years.

That's what we're protecting. That's what we're building toward in Richmond. That's Reflections Dance.
