Life Plan of Kentucky listens to people with disabilities and their families about what needs to be in place to create a good life for everyone involved. Coaching people to think about the future, describing what a safe and secure life would look like for the person with a disability, and motivating each concerned person to action are all key aspects of Life Plan’s services.

Life Plan of Kentucky operates a pooled special needs trust that families and individuals with disabilities can utilize to help achieve their goal related to financial security.  Serving ONLY Kentucky, Life Plan’s board and staff are very knowledgeable about resources and issues impacting the planning process and outcomes for Kentuckians with disabilities and their loved ones.
