As a teen living in the silicon valley, I am constantly reminded of the importance of education in society. Education is the key difference between a life of success and one of struggle. As fortunate as I am to receive an education, there are so many more who are not afforded this simple necessity.
I think that the best to help a community is by providing a way for its people to receive a useful education, whatever that may be. Whether it is strictly by the books, or lessons in sustainable agriculture, all programs will lead to the ultimate flourishing of the community. Education is truly what will make a difference in the world.
