40 years ago, AVOL Kentucky was born at kitchen tables and in living rooms where compassionate Kentuckians came together with one powerful belief: every person, regardless of HIV or health status, deserves dignity, safety, and hope. From those humble beginnings grew a movement.
Today, AVOL serves thousands of individuals across 70+ counties through housing and case management, because no one should face illness or instability alone. Our team provided 2,566 free HIV & STI screenings in 2025, ensuring people were not only tested, but connected to care, supported, and empowered.
But none of this happens without you.
