Driven by the vision that everyone deserves a decent place to live, Lexington Habitat for Humanity has built and repaired nearly 600 homes over the last 30 years. Lexington Habitat homebuyers help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage, and low income homeowners have the opportunity to repair and preserve their homes. More than 6,000 families in Lexington are in need of quality, affordable housing. We serve home buyers through new home construction, rehabilitated homes, and continue to expand into new ways to serve our community including the Love Your Neighborhood Program, designed to strengthen Lexington's communities.
