Upward 40391

Upward 40391 was started in Winchester to fill a void when our local YMCA closed it's doors.  Over the past several years, we have been able to keep a basketball and cheerleading league operating to help bridge the gaps between racial and social economic children in our community.  Our league ranges from preschool age kids of 4 years old, all the way up through 12th graders. Upward 40391 has brought hope to broken families, as well as been a place to have fun and get exercise in a safe environment. We look forward to many more years of basketball and cheer in the future!
