Key Assets Kentucky provides specialized residential homes for youth in the state’s care with autism, intellectual disabilities, and other complex needs. We create safe, supportive environments where young people can experience stability, belonging, and opportunities to grow. 

The young people we serve are among Kentucky’s most vulnerable. Many have autism along with developmental, intellectual, behavioral, or other diagnoses that can make traditional foster care placements difficult to sustain.

Our residential homes, located in Central Kentucky neighborhoods, provide an important option for youth in the state’s care who need a higher level of support and may otherwise have few places to turn. By living in neighborhoods and participating in their surrounding communities, youth have opportunities to build relationships, develop independence, and experience the everyday connections that are an important part of growing up.
