Lexington Urban League Young Professionals

YPinLex is the young professionals auxiliary of the Urban League of Lexington-Fayette County and the National Urban League Young Professionals (NULYP). We connect professionals ages 21–40 in Lexington through civic engagement, professional development, and community impact.

Our chapter puts the Urban League's mission into action locally. In April, we hosted the "Our City, Our Voice" Mayoral Candidate Forum at The Lyric Theatre, drawing over 300 attendees to engage directly with candidates ahead of local elections. This fall, we're running Civic Sips, a three-part voter engagement series ahead of the November election, and hosting Field Day, a free community event centered on health and wellness.
