Clark County Homeless Coalition

The Clark County Homeless Coalition, based in Winchester, KY, is a nonprofit organization committed to ending homelessness across 16 counties in Kentucky. We provide a range of services including street outreach, emergency shelter, transitional housing, case management, and strong community partnerships to help individuals find and maintain stable housing. 

We also empower our clients to build brighter futures by offering life skills training and guiding them in creating personalized plans for long-term success.
