Building H.E.R., Inc. is a mentorship organization dedicated to empowering young girls from underrepresented communities as they grow into confident, capable, and purpose-driven women.

Our mission is to provide mentorship, personal development, educational enrichment, community involvement, and meaningful growth opportunities that help girls become Honorable, Educated, and Respectable women who are prepared to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.

Building H.E.R. supports girls across multiple stages of life through four signature programs:

• Loving H.E.R. — Elementary Program

• Raising H.E.R. — Middle School Program

• H.E.R. Legacy — High School Program

• Exceptionally H.E.R. — Collegiate Program

Through workshops, mentorship experiences, service projects, career exploration, leadership development, and community-based programming, we create spaces where girls can learn more about themselves, discover new possibilities, build lasting relationships, and develop the confidence to pursue their goals.

At Building H.E.R., we believe every girl deserves access to a community that sees her potential, supports her growth, and reminds her that she is capable of becoming everything she was created to be.

We are not simply preparing girls for the future. We are helping them build it.
